1. Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return window from the date your order is shipped. After receiving your order, you have up to 15 days to initiate a return if the product is eligible for return.
a. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
- Items such as personal care products, perishable goods, or custom-made products may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description to confirm the return policy for specific items.
b. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@express67.com to request a return authorization and receive detailed instructions.
- We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. You will need to attach this label to the package and send the item back to our designated warehouse.
- You must return the product within 15 days of receiving the return label. Once the item is received by our warehouse and inspected, we will process your refund.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be initiated after we have received and inspected the returned item at our dedicated warehouse. Once we confirm that the product is in its original condition, we will process your refund.
a. Refund Timeline
- Refund Processing: Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
b. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Products that have been used, damaged, or returned without their original packaging
3. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the product for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@express67.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference. We may request photos of the damaged item to process your request.
5. Important Notes
- Late Returns: Any returns initiated after the 15-day window may not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their own cost.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where returned items are not in their original condition, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Exchange or Return of Goods
If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.
In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
