Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the carrier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts, we will notify you to arrange re-shipment. 8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Express67 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We encourage you to check with neighbors, household members, or building management to see if someone else has accepted the delivery on your behalf.
